Hi Team High Heels, I'm Devasmita from New Delhi, India. I'm a choreographer, dancer and movement educator. Being a woman and that too a heels dancer in our country is a path full of difficulties but I'm determined to share my passion and love for art and dance globally. I've been training professionally since the last 13 years. Also been teaching across the country and building a community here in India for almost 11 years now. Apart from dance I have my own business and training modules in other movement forms like yoga, flexibility, fitness-strengthening and I host spiritual movement retreats across India and currently they're in the process of International expansion. I have been working in the industry here commercially as well as creating dance visuals which I direct and produce myself. My philosophy is to work hard with consistency, love and kindness and create spaces for people to fully embrace who they are and can be. I absolutely love teaching and choreographing. My goal is to never stop learning, keep being a good student of life and this craft..and keep pushing myself in every area of life. It's rare to find opportunities for international style based dancers/choreographers in our country so this means a lot to me. Very excited to be present for this camp and this program for talent in high heels. I will give it my all and bring my best energy to the space.
