Welcome to the Amsterdam High Heels Dance Competitions!

- Minimum Age: Participants must be 18 years old at the time of the competition for HEELS, FRAME UP and 16+ for ALL STYLES.
- Participation in competitions:
- Solo, Duo/Trio: 50 euro;
- Small Group / Big Group: 40 euro;
- Fan tickets: 30euro.
- We want to clarify that tickets are non-refundable.

- Closing of registration:

- Prizes for participants:
- Solo ( pro, amateur): 150€ (provided that 6 or more nominees compete in this category)
- Duo/Trio ( pro, amateur): 200€ (provided that 6 or more nominees compete in this category)
- Small group ( pro, amateur): 300€ (provided that 6 or more nominees compete in this category)
- Big group ( pro, amateur): 500€ (provided that 6 or more nominees compete in this category)
- Non-Refundable Fees: Entry fees for the competition are non-refundable.
- Minimum Age: Participants must be 18 years old at the time of the competition.
- Pre-registration of participants for the festival is mandatory and takes place exclusively on the website events.
- The organizers are not responsible for accidents suffered by participants or other persons due to negligence during the competition.
- By registering, the participant automatically consents to the processing of personal data. Any personal data received during registration for the competition will not be transferred to third parties.
- By completing the registration procedure, you automatically agree that you assume full responsibility for the use of copyright and/or related rights (fragments of musical works and/or entire musical works) and all possible appeals and/or claims of copyright holders will be resolved by you independently (without the involvement of organizers).
- Prop Usage: Props are allowed, with the exception of dangerous items. Props must be set up and removed from the stage within a total of two minutes. Competitors must ensure the stage is clean and clear after the routine. For safety reasons, props cannot exceed a height of 6 feet. Confetti and feathers are not permitted. Kindly inform us about any prop usage.
- Music:
- The performance is performed to the music of the participants;
- You must upload your soundtracks exclusively in MP3 or WAV formats when registering;
- On the day of the competition, have a soundtrack on a flash drive.
- The duration of your composition should not exceed the time specified in the nomination; it is allowed to exceed the duration by 5 seconds.
- Routine Duration:
- Solo [1]: 1 minute 15 seconds to 2 minutes;
- Duo/Trio [2-3]: 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes 30 seconds;
- Small Group [4-9]: 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes;
- Big Group [10-40]: 3 minutes to 5 minutes;
- Level determination:
- AMATEUR - beginner and intermediate level of training (up to 2 years of study)
- PROFESSIONAL - professional level of training (3rd year of study or more)
- Heels & Frame Up: Let your high heels resonate with the rhythm of passion and energy on the 'High Heels' stage, where every step becomes an element of art, and each choreography tells the story of your love for dance. In this category, we seek not only mastery but also that unique charm that makes each performance truly unforgettable.

- All Styles: Welcome to the 'All Styles' category, where diversity and dance freedom come together on stage. This nomination opens doors for dancers of all styles and genres.
- Styles: commercial choreography, jazz, funk, street jazz, hip-hop, k-pop, dancehall, twerk, wacking.
- Age: 16+

- The maximum number of points is 100. Nominations are assessed according to 4 criteria:
- TECHNIQUE - (45 points) Musicality synchronicity; execution/control; matching the dance style.
- CHOREOGRAPHY - (20 points) Using the stage; formation of shapes/patterns; levels; creativity of movements, music and restructuring.
- PERFORMANCE - (30 points) Entertainment; viewer reaction; intensity; confidence; presence; team spirit; interaction; integrity; creative and semantic content.
- PRESENTATION - (5 points) Costume; hair; makeup; accessories; facial expression.
- The file will be handed directly to DJ for your dance competition showcase.
